So yesterday I went to the Y for the first time this year. I did not want to go but I went to help my friend stay on track (helped me too). Right before I was suppose to leave my one dog attacked my other dog, thank God I was there or I think I would be without one dog. I was so upset thankfully he was okay, I still went to the Y and the tread climber was taken so I got on the treadmill and I did the run one minute walk two and went for almost 4 miles. Worked my butt of drippin'sweat looked sooo attractive (not).

Today I called a bunch of aggressiver dog trainer OMG they friggin expensive I can't afford $1000 I don't want to put the dog down I am so torn.

I am proud that I did not emotional eat today- because I wanted too.
I did not feel like working out but I got on the treadmill at home slow very slow for an hour- it helped that I was watching the Biggested Loser. It was cool that I saw the filming while they were at the Four Seasons in the fall.
