Yesterday was hard.

I didn't make it to the gym but today I managed to double up today.
My parents had chips for dinner which smelt amazing but I managed to grin and bear it as I ate my cabbage

But today I think it has paid off!

I lost weight, not heaps but enough to keep me satisfied for the mean time!

This morning I felt real bloated as I hoped on the scales I think it is on account to the 3L of water I drunk yesterday...

I'm hoping for the best today :)

I was really good today, I went out for lunch with my family members all had kfc and I had sushi and it was amazing i love sushi and I didn't even want a single fat laden chip!

As a reward I bought myself a navy blue leather duffel bag
Which won't fit much in it, maybe my make up or shoes for a weekend but it is still cute!!!

I also took my 3rd grandfather a banana bread which he loved and made me feel extra blessed to have him in my life, as I don't eat bread anymore it makes me feel stronger and less likely to want bread if I bake it, the intoxicating smell seems to fix the urges.

I then came home to an awesome huge parcel of clothes waiting for me which was like another little reward :)

Then we went out to the club with my dad and he decided to buy dinner for my sister on account of her passing her NCEA with flying colors

I am happy to say that I ate before I went so feasted on a garden salad and diet coke

So proud of myself today I have quite a few calories left over and have completed all my challenge exercise for today just have the 200 sit ups training to do before I have my shower

I also received my dress today which I bought for clubbing when I go back home, I bought the dress a little smaller for inspiration..

I tried it on and it looks great a little more weight loss would do wonders but it still looks amazing... It suits my newly blonde hair which I am now considering having a little longer.

My turquoise hair shall have to wait a little longer, anyway blue had the spotlight last month anyway...

Go for you! keep it up, you could have chips too baked the chips and save alot of calories.I find it best to eat alot of small meals instead of 3 large and I add extra veggies along with a big salad I make my own low cal dressing

I find it hard to eat only a small portion of chips as I love them!!! That's quite a good idea, yesterday I had rice crackers in between my meals which curbed my hunger a bit :)
