For a few days now I have stared at this space and pondered on what to write.

Today I decided to take the plunge and write something..

Anything..

I am excited I have a few challenges beginning in about 6 hours
It must be my time zone as that will be at night here.

I missed the gym this morning at 5:45am as on account I somehow managed to lock myself inside, I think maybe my Dad took the keys?

However, I'll be going to try to go after I finish this entry which will be great.
I have done well today, no snacking as of yet and I am still full from my breakfast.

However I better have lunch as I know I will get hungry and the nagging snacking urge will over come me

I'm kind of excited to be starting back at uni soon and for everyone to see my slightly skinnier self.

I have lost just over 10kg since leaving uni for the year which is a plus, but would love to lose about 5 more kg before I head back in late February to preliminary classes.

This site is amazing and a lot better then any other sites I have joined which has me jumping for joy.

I aim to maintain my diet but would like to shift my calorie intake down a bit more by the end of this week :)

A bit confused with my weigh in as a few weeks ago when I weighed in I was at 122 and I put that in when I joined, although I rewighed myself and I was at 125 which makes me feel a tad dishearted like I have put on weight before I have even started!

Really want to weigh in so I can show the scales who is boss, I will not be beaten this week.

Hmmm, I might do at the gym tomorrow in the morning
