I had been second guessing myself on my WOE due to no change in my weight in a few days until this morning and I am extremely happy to see a loss. On to pulling some more recipes for next week...HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE:)
180.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
