BEEN LAZY...goood friday morning...not rode recumbent bike since monday..just took one day off..its now 3 days later..even though i didnt ride yesterday i kept busy moving stuff in fitness room..taking a table out we had been using with laptop and our carpenter friend brought over a stand he made for just the mouse..that once i get the bike back ..will be used in front of the handlebars of the bike to move on the laptop that will be set up next to tv to guide tv to right place to go on internet so i can ride on zwift..room seemed big enough to start with..an it still is..but...im sure it will all look great once its set up..

starting to look ahead in food for once i get trainer..as im thinkin of adding a few carbs into eating plan..not sure yet..for me it goes against everything i follow now..alot of days when i do my morning ride..well when i was leaving house at 4am to do my morning ride...i would get out the door on a empty tummy..having been in a fast since noon the day before...do a 11-14 mile ride...then come hoome about 530 or 6am an get changed into dry clothes an have scrambled eggs ...then later about 10-11am have my lunch..usually a salad of some kind with chicken in it..and then go back into my fast..its a habit that i continue to use now even though im not riding outside..i still eat same meals..only difference is when im riding i might have protein shake when i first get home to hold me over while im changing an cooling off...

but by having trainer in house i can do longer rides...with bathroom closer when that happens to come about...and the rides look so real on the trainer...for anyone thats not seen the program i will be using with my trainer you can cut an paste this site.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l1CDH2pCiXA ... you have to forgive the guy talkin thru the video as its his video..its interesting as he is explaining how different peddles help riding better.. as i have said before..im all excited about getting back on bike an riding..for me getting a bike ride in the mornings..is the greatest way of starting my day..since i wake up at 4am outta habit..i can get a ride in before 7am and be all pumped up an ready to conquer the world..when i was riding last summer ..i would come home an alot of mornings my sister gets up an she will pop her head around the wall that seperates our apartments..an have a good morning talk..well last summer she would always ask how much coffee i had had...and although i do drink coffee from time to time..its just not the same high from coffee...the rush, the high, just isnt the same as a coffee buzz..

well bed is made..first cup of tea latte is gone..wishing i had that rush to get me moving ...need to get on recumbent bike..but..just cant seem to get in that frame of mind..

HAVE A GREAT FRIDAY...AN A SAFE WEEKEND...

SEEN this pic on the strava page an thought it was a great slogan..

Love the poster!!! I do relate to the feeling you get ... an endorphin rush, right? I used to get that rush back in the day I was a runner. When I didn't run, I dreamed of running. I got depressed if I didn't run when the weather was bad outside. I finally joined a gym in the winter that had a track ... LOL! Having your trainer and the recumbent bike should take care of cold and nasty weather.
