Haven't taken the time the last couple of days to log my food. It takes so much time & since my friend that said she would do this with me isn't supportive I find myself not wanting to do it. There is no one to nudge me when I need it. Dont get me wrong all you on here help but its just not the same as when a friend does.

On a happier note I was told yesterday that I'm looking better in my clothes (even tho i have only lost 6 pounds). That made me feel a little better.

Kitty, if you really and truly want to do this, then you will. Nobody can lose your weight but you. Now stop depending on your friend, and every morning tell yourself, "NOTHING OR NOBODY IS GOING TO STOP ME FROM REACHING MY WEIGHT LOST GOAL. I WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES NO MATTER WHAT. I WILL NOT HOLD FRIENDS OR FAMILY RESPONSIBLE FOR MY ACTIONS. I WILL TAKE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN DECISIONS, AND DO WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO REACH MY WEIGHT LOST." I would like to add one more thing Kitty, I have found in all my years of experience, humans will let you down, but God will always be there for you. God bless you Kitty and I am expecting to see you reach your weight lost goal.

Hi Dameons One thing that has helped me log everything here, is to do it right away. Anytime I eat something,I log it right away - takes like 20 secs to do it. Maybe you could try doing it this way too?

That is what I have been doin since November & it is kind of inconvenient...I end up spending a lot of time on here when I need to be doing other things.

It is easier when people are supporting us. However--this is all about you. The motivation has to come from within you. Figure out what your motivation is. WHY do you want to lose weight? The deep down reason that you will keep coming back to? If we all waited for the perfect conditions to fall into place none of us would ever being to reach our goals. And I agree with tryingagain. Log in right away or as soon as ou can. If you aren't near a computer, then jot it down on a piece of paper. Get a small memo pad. If you wait, it becomes a big hassle. You CAN do this all by and FOR yourself!

Plus you aren't alone. Use us all as a "friend" and a support system. That's what we're here for. And yeah, it's not convenient. But it works.

Hey whatta mean ONLY 6 lbs? that is a lot, go pick a a bag of sugar and see that is only 5lbs.... Just keep it up I know you can do it... Rooting for you!
