After reading yesterdays entry, I see that I've not included fluids. I am transitioning from consuming at least 1 bottle of good red (SA cabsavs) per day to imbibing on Fridays and Saturdays (and birthdays). On a daily basis I drink 3 to 4 cups of black unsweetened tea, and 2 to 3 cups black coffee with one sugar. I also juice, mainly carrot with some apple, a little lemon, ginger and greens. I drink water daily, not obsessively, just when I feel thirsty, maybe 2 to 4 big glasses straight from the tap.
And I'll be adopting the 5:2 methodology to my eating habits: Mondays and Thursdays are the allocated days where I'll drop my calorie intake by 75% and only drink fluids after 2:00pm, with juice as the evening meal.
