I feel like I've Been doing really good, even though I just started calorie counting officially today. I had eggs today for breakfast and then we had to go out. Even though we went out to eat I made a good option. I had a gyro, which doesn't seem good, and quite frankly, it wasn't the best option. But I really wanted it and I know that if I deprive myself then I wont succeed. I had lettuce and tomato on my gyro and I also didn't get extra sauce this time. I did the upper fix from the 21 day fix program and it was so much fun. I love that workout!
