This drastic weight loss was only b/c I was really sick with strep throat. But now that I'm back in health, and eating normally again, I hope it doesn't come back!

Going on a cruise in less than 5 weeks, and I need to build up some strength and energy stamina (it's still pathetic after 2 months of being done with cancer treatments). So I am going to start using the little gym at my apartment's clubhouse. I don't feel like I have the energy for it, but that's the point! I need to push myself a little bit each day and I'll get stronger and stronger!
247.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 67.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
