I am back to where I started three months ago. But I guess it's better to jump back on the bandwagon after flubbing up, than to never get back on again.

The weather has been nice, so I don't have an excuse anymore. Today I went for a 30 min walk --which sort of turned into a 30 minute hike because I found a dirt bike trail through the woods.
253.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 73.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
