Well if I am being totally honest, I didn't just fall off the wagon last weekend but did a complete swan dive. I spent two days eating pizza and fast food. I put on at least 3 lbs that I previously lost. I have spent the week getting myself back on track and I can happily say that I am mostly back to my failed diet weekend weight. Now I just have to get back into the habit of logging my meals again.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

just hang in there and don't stop.we all fall,just a matter of getting up dusting those knees and keep going!!!
