Another day of stability.

We are under an intense cold warning so I am going to a friend's house to quilt all day. Not much in the way of calorie burning but I have to say I love a day spent with the girls.

I won't be able to walk outside today but if I get home at a reasonable time, I can still go to the gym for a bit.

Has anyone here tried yoga? Any advice for a middle aged fat girl? I wonder if it would help my aching back?

I love yoga, and have recently started doing a little every evening because it helps me sleep . My hubby does it with me sometimes and it really helps his back. Happy quilting!
