felt better today, enough to brave the cold and go run a couple errands - the brisk air actually felt pretty good...

My brain has been misfiring lol - I've been thinking for the past 2 weeks that my 6 month checkup is this Tuesday - it's MONDAY *ugh* (I had the date right, just the wrong day lol) - just hoping the weather stays decent, no more snow, cause I am NOT looking forward to having to drive thru Seattle to Everett if the weather is crappy :p I think it's supposed to stay on the cold side, which I can handle - I just don't want to have to reschedule because of snow/ice......
177.2 lb Lost so far: 83.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
