I had gained all of my weight back from the slimfast diet. But then I did the 21 day fix and lost 9 lbs. I did gain 3 lbs. back but I lost another one so im happy.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 January 2017:
828 kcal Fat: 30.24g | Prot: 35.34g | Carb: 108.55g.   Breakfast: Granola, Blueberries, Chobani Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt (170g). Lunch: Oscar Mayer 98% Fat Free Turkey Lunch Meat, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cherry Tomatoes, Carrots, Spinach. Dinner: Edy's Cookie Dough Ice Cream, Taco or Tostada with Chicken or Turkey, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa. more...
