Put on a few pounds over Christmas from not following Atkins. I managed to stick to it at first, but spending time back with my family I eventually gave in and found myself eating loads of sweets, chocolates and Christmas food full of carbs.. Back to the plan now though!
150.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.3 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
