Yummi - I just found what I will cook tomorrow! Cauliflower Bomb! Doesn't it look delicious?

Looks like the cauli's been wrapped in minced meat followed by wrapping in streaky bacon, then cooked upside down in a bowl, to keep it's shape. Just guessing. Is that one portion?? :-D Looks good!

Yes, it sure looks good. The cauliflower is wrapped in ground meat mixed with onions and shredded cheese. Then wrapped with bacon and baked just like that in the oven. Will see how it works tonight since I need to try this!/// I found it on a German page but did not find anything similar in English. So, if it turns out right I will post the recipe here.
