Fell off the bandwagon for a while. I'm back. I started this journey in the summer of 2014 at 320 lbs. Following an LCHF/ketogenic way of eating, I lost over 100 lbs. Then I hit a major plateau and played with the same 5 lbs for months. I got discouraged about 6 months ago and started having cheat days that turned into cheat weeks and cheat months. I'm getting back to my healthy eating before I gain back everything I lost.
