I turn 50 in November. I want to be in great shape at that point. I'm currently 233 lbs. I need to lose about 40 to 50 lbs. Plan on being @ 200 lbs by July 1st, & 185 by November. My job has me pretty sedentary during the week, but I usually surf about 4 to 5 hours a weekend. Losing this extra weight will help my surfing and make me generally feel better at everything I do.
