Get rid of the carbs. Low calorie fresh and cooked veggies and proteins and fats only. After three days you won't really be hungry unless you cheat then you can start reducing the calories with no problem. Apple cider vinegar goes great on everything lol, turnips, tomatoes, celery etc. Two squares of 100 percent cacao per day helps. I am convinced. Consider it medicine until you get used to the taste and start enjoying it lol. An avocado, olives, and nuts and 100 percent cacao with lettuce celery, sunchokes, jicama, etc is a healthy diet along with other fats and proteins. Keep those carbs below 50 grams per day and after a while you shouldn't be hungry.

Thank you! Marcus Welby... I went out to eat and had way too many carbs. Did that before I saw your comment.

True it's all about the carbs. I am a diabetic and have been losing weight for over a year on 100 to 80 carbs a day. But I dropped to 60 carbs a day for 2 months now I'm at 20 carbs a day. I'm trying to reverse my diabetes or at the very least make my life more pleasant and not so miserable. I'm doing great even better now since I've dropped to 20 carbs. My blood sugar is in normal range for the first time in since I was diagnosed Feb 2016. I don't want to mess around with this disease and I'm aggressive to gain control instead of it controlling me.

And I've lost 30 pounds over the last 9 months. My goal is to get to 140 to see how I'm doing and hopefully get of the medication

I had one cup of coffee, i tsp honey. One mozzarella cheese stick, one gala small apple, one stalk of celery. 1/2 cup grapefruit slices. I went to work at 6 am. Got home and had early supper rice baked chicken celery broccoli, edamame beans. Water I feel good but can't do this every day. Any idea on next menu. I'm not a cook I work all the time as a auditor. I cannot have brain fog and work.
