recording food this morning I had no clue herbal tea had calories, not many but still wow! Im excited to think that I didnt try to cut any food out of my plan yesterday just watched what I ate and didnt eat the extra BAD stuff. I was still under my calories and I ate all day! :) Today I am going to cut just a few more down or do some extra time on the treadmill to make it so that I have an extra 1000 calories burned. So what do I cook for dinner tonight??? oh and I got my 30 min walk in and I hated every second of it I guess I will have to try to mix it up tomorrow
