I was sick yesterday and perhaps that contributed to more weight loss. I suffered though and I feel week now so it may be a few days before I get back in the gym. Bummer!! So it is a good thing to at least see weight come off and I probably shouldn't get on the scale now for a few days. Even though I was throwing up I still managed to count calories (except for those lost). I feel better now I need to get all the kids back to health.
