Hello Journal!!! What a start of the day today! Nephews still spending few days of holidays with me. I took a day off today to continue the work in the flat. I challenged these youngsters last night to get up early this morning and come jog with me. One of them managed to get up at 7am (amazing for these teens who sleep till noon!), and we braved the wind and rain to jog! Great one, we managed a bit more than I usually do, and pushed to 7.5 kms instead of my usual 5 or 6kms. What a boost to start the day! And did my 100 sit ups right after, so it's DONE!

I must be going insane because I actually ENJOYED the burning sensation in my thighs while running in the cold, running and sweating!

Ok, felt ravenous after that long effort, so I had a big nourishing breakfast to get me going for this long day of physical work! The young ones ate all my eggs yokes as extra in their omelet - they can afford, they're still growing.
