Las Vegas Linda's Journal, 02 January 2017

Well folks, today is the big restart. I've saved my previous history in my documents so it will disappear from here. There will be no looking back or seeing prior successes or, more importantly, failures. I have given myself a clean slate beginning today. I am hoping to reach my goal by Christmas 2017. It will be my gift to myself. It may be overly ambitious so whatever my loss by that date will still be a gift. If need be I will just move back the date a little further to accommodate my body. I am also changing my diet to incorporate low carb eating as much as possible, especially now at the beginning. For awhile I will be avoiding fruits (I am supplementing with Vit C with rosehips)and concentrating on my leafy greens and other low carb veggies. I will now be a new work in progress. Here's to a great and healthy 2017 for all!!!

That increase isn't accurate because my last few weights were guesses because I was so off plan that I couldn't face the scale. That's why today was a complete restart. Don't know why it included the last weight since I'm restarting, but it did lol. Not going to worry about it though.
