Las Vegas Linda's Journal, 09 January 2017

Well this has been a magnificent first week of following a low carb regimen. I have kept to 40 carbs or less all week. I am sure a huge part of this loss is all the fluids that built up while rampaging on all that high carb fast food and desserts, but it's still wonderful. If I can continue on and lose at least 3 pounds a week I will be very happy. More than that I would be ecstatic. Less will still be ok. I am also prepared for plateaus although I hope there won't be many. But no matter what happens, I will keep my eye on my goal and not let anything deter me.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
