Shoes now fit! Hey, I forgot to mention the shoes. One of the final straws that pushed me into losing the weight - weighing more, plus extra fat even on my feet, made wearing high heels very uncomfortable. I had already given up the fun clothes, but didn't want to give up the fun shoes, too! Losing the 8 pounds (so far) isn't a lot - but this week while on travel, I was able to wear the high heels and walk for miles without any foot pain. The fun heels are back, Whohooo! (Now I have to lose enough to get back into the fun clothes!)
