Today was a good day. I am trying to keep my personal life stress free. Started today (the first day of the year) off with my boyfriend for coffee and a drive in the rain. Apparently, I woke him up and he complained about it. This was not mandatory and was not a pleasant way to start out the year. This will not happen again. I have been keeping my eating in the front part of my mind. I want to keep a habit of good eating. I will incorporate a 30 minute fitness plan beginning tomorrow.
