OK here we go back at this again. I'm starting off with portion control and making better choices. A crazy year helped get me off track and not focused on my goal. Again my goal is not to have the body of a Greek adonis but rather to just feel comfortable in my own skin and be happy with what I see in the mirror. Won't hurt to buy some new clothes.
My sister had gastric bypass surgery last month and I really don't want to have to go that drastic route. I know I've got this just need to maintain my focus.
