From December 6, 2010 to December 6, 2011, I have lost 30 pounds. I have struggled the last few months, gaining back a pound or two and losing them again. I am tired of the up and down, and I am ready to rid myself of the extra weight and all the mental things that go with it... Being overweight isn't just a physical problem, it has affected my health and my mental and emotional states just as much!
I am starting this morning to make this my best year ever!!!
