So I've finally posted a picture. I am the brunette in my profile picture. The blonde is one of my best friends. She's pretty awesome, and is super tiny. She and I have healthy competition, so as she lost weight and I gained it, now I am trying to lose it so we can compete again. We're talking about when I'm in shape training for a 5K (that's all the rage nowadays), so I'm sure that'll kick our competitive natures into high gear!

As for the scale this morning, I pretty much hate it. It went up. I'm not sure how I didn't go crazy (I ate a whole foot long at Subway, but it was a veggie patty) I ate close to 8:30 last night when I usually eat no later than 6:30. I was starving, so I ate the whole thing. I knew it was too good to be true, but I was so hungry. I guess I'm paying for it today. I worked out a lot yesterday too. I guess simply not enough. I'm going to have to bump up my exercise.

I'm not recording it, I refuse. This is a minor bump in the road. I'm going to pretend like it isn't there. This just shows me that one minor slip up can undo all of the months of work I've done. I refuse for things to go up in flames.

I'm losing this weight. There is nothing else to say about it. Nothing at all. Thanks for all the comments on the dresses. The purple one is my favorite as well. I think that it's what I'll be wearing. I am partial to both of them though. Maybe I'll just have to find an occasion for the other one!

Alli you're so pretty! I love your hair. Don't let the fluctuation get you down. I'm sure it will be gone by tomorrow morning. It happens when your eating schedule changes. Drink lots of water today. You'll be good. And you will definitely lose the weight. Don't let anything make you decide otherwise!

Thank you!! My hair is like a really really dark Chestnut brown now. When I get around to it, I'll post a more recent picture, that was is from the summer. It was a "jungle" party, hence all the animal print. I've come to realize that I have only head shots. I did that inadvertently, but I now see that I was subconsciously hiding my body.

agreeing with Laura!! :) i'm paying for it two! I had a mini milky way (like the small square ones) at like 9:30 last night! maybe if i hadn't, the scale would be at 159.9 and not 160! And no, i'm not joking...I wanted to be in the 150s by this morning! lol! :)
