No alcohol this week and haven't been eating many calories most days under 1000 and keeping carbs under 100. Having stomach issues that make it hard to eat. No exercise though
168.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
