Average is 140 for the week. I haven't been tracking eating very well. So many Holiday parties with drinks and delicious decadent food choices! I haven't been exercising either ugh....well except for walking my puppy!
140.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's the most difficult time of the year! Um, except for summer with the outdoor BBQ's and drinking, and late night parties, lol.

Sky, I don't mind the BBQ's, that's protein! Just stay away from the sides and the BBQ sauce - if it' sugar based. Rmacle, I had a struggle with parties this weekend as well. But, we got this, we'll get right back in it and be back on track!

I had another party last night Mexican food and Margaritas. Now some healthy eating before the weekend. On the positive side we are getting invited to all these fun parties!
