This has been a really tough week. Making sure to avoid the temptations and realize that the weight does not just drop off so that I continue my efforts everyday. It is rough when you are constantly on the go, always running out of time and living with others that do not either have a weight issue or want to change their weight.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
