I think that I'll never lose weight!!!. The harder that I try the less weight I lose! Most days I don't really eat. Just have diet soda or tea or water. Occasional chips or peanuts or ginger candy (helps settle my stomach). I'm always hunger and even after I eat dinner I'll eat chips or popcorn and inhale soda or Kool-Aid like an intravenous infusion. What's worse is that I am diabetic and I know better but it's as if I can't help it.

Money is my biggest stress. Starting a new job is my second. I tried the transcription thing but couldn't understand what the person on the recording was saying so I couldn't pass the test. Trying to find software that will translate but no luck yet. If you know a miracle maker send him to me.

I'm going to try the 16:8 challenge to see if I can make it work. Wish me a miracle!

Cutting out the sugar is step one. It just makes you want more. After a few days, you will lose the cravings for it.

if you dont eat every 2-3 hours you will feel hungry and have more cravings. snack on nuts and veggies the fat in the nuts and the fiber in the veggies will keep you full. do it for yourself not for those around you .

What helps me is to have a specific plan, especially when under a lot of stress. It makes me feel better to have control over my eating when everything else is in turmoil. I eat low carb. You mention that you are "always hungry". I am too when I eat lots of carbs and sugar. It's like a bottomless pit that I just can't fill. Try planning out your day, know exactly what you can and can't eat. Healthy fats, protein, and unprocessed foods. It helps me to feel full...
