goood sunday mornin.. 37 with wind chill of 34..snow/rain outside..changing over to rain as the day developes..getting ready to head to walmart an pick up very little..not hardly worth the trip..but temps are suppose to drop as the week starts so dont want to have to get out later in week..good thing about eating healthy..food bill gets smaller..

didnt get as many steps yesterday..if i can get the majority before noon then its easy sailing rest of day..by noon yesterday i was starting to develop selective hearing..phone was going off..but i just wasnt listening..think i got around 2200 steps..or 1.1 miles..did do another 5 min workout with kettle ball again last night about 2 hours before bed time..a 5 minute workout an im panting like i been runnin down the road..not as sore this morning as yesterday..tried to do different movements with it to work diffenent parts of body..gonna try an keep a routine going..

welp tea is gone..need to get rest of clothes on so i can head out an start vehicle..let it gets its blood flowing..so..have a great one...

You are doing great! Brrrr... I'll have to put a sweater on to go to Church this morning, It's a 'cold' 65 degrees F out right now. You do have to remember I'm a 'desert summer survivor'!! 112 degrees.... so I really welcome the winter temps. My son lives in Iowa and loves the snow and freezing weather... I think I must have dropped him when he was small.... . . . Stay warm.. Donna
