Today is my first day trying this out. I found the app after I was done eating for the day so I didn't really try to curb my eating at all. I think what I might do is just eat normally for a week or so and track it, just so I can see how much I am overeating.

I would very much like to be at 150 by my birthday. That's 45 lbs in 6 months or a little less than 2 lbs a week. I think between chilling out with so much eating and doing those group classes at Ramsey, I should be able to make this happen. I really hope so.. I'm so done with being big and I never want to break the 200 barrier.

I can do this, I just need to stick with the plan.
