Good grief! I somehow managed to pull a hamstring so bowling wasn't very pleasant last night. We wont be bowling Thanksgiving week so I will have a good opportunity to get healed up. I am sticking closely to program and feel good about my choices. I got out and did a lot of shopping today. That kept my mind off of the food. I have a Drs appointment coming up and I don't want to show a gain when he weighs me. Brr the temperature has dropped and we all are liking heat to be on overnight. We have been so fortunate to have had a really nice extended summer-like fall. The Supermoon was outstanding!

Ooooo, hope that heals up soon. I did the same thing about a week and a half ago. then i managed to reinflame it so had to take off a few days from working out. Blessings.
