yesterday i had a familie dinner. it is very hard to transcent your upbringing. and although i could keep to the 1700 kals. i had the hardest time after i got home not to knaw away my frustrations... but i didn.t... when i couldnt sleep i even fought those munchies twice... and i won twice! i am sooooo proud of myselve. and just look at how the scale rewards me... today the inlaws. i pray to god to make me just as strong....
214.1 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
