I like running( jogging)and every day do it one hour in the morning and one in the evening.So if we calculate it it makes 16 KM every day.Still, I am loosing mass but not weight.I gradually came from Medium size to small one but it looks I am hooked in my current weight.Don't worry I will never give up.

check what you eat , change your diet - it is very important what you eat to see different results in your body . good luck

Dear Lizzammit You are right, I have high appetite and food attracts me. I try my best to avoid dinners but ya you are right I must focus more.

dont avoid dinners :) Dinners are important - it depends what your dinner is. fOCUS on high protein foods at the end of the day . Less carbs the better.

Naji, if you are running this much every day, I don't see anything wrong with your weight. The fact you are now wearing a small size tells me that you are losing inches ... and that is what we all want to do. I am afraid if you lose more weight, you will start losing valuable muscle. Enjoy your time running!

How tall are you? You may be a good weight for your height. Especially since you are loosing inches. Great job!

Sounds like you are doing a great job and really working on your fitness! Inches count for a lot so you should get a lot of credit for your accomplishment!
