dont avoid dinners :) Dinners are important - it depends what your dinner is.
fOCUS on high protein foods at the end of the day . Less carbs the better.

Naji, if you are running this much every day, I don't see anything wrong with your weight. The fact you are now wearing a small size tells me that you are losing inches ... and that is what we all want to do. I am afraid if you lose more weight, you will start losing valuable muscle.
