Day 2 post-op, and the nerve block plus anesthesia have definitely worn off. I have no appetite at all. I've started decreasing pain meds, and I'm not sure how long I need to be up when I'm up, or how long I need to be down when I'm down... Just not really sure what to do.

What you need to do is heal. That takes nutrition and rest. Any surgery is a shock to the system. Follow the advice of the doctor, and if you haven't been given any guidelines, ASK!
