Off to a fast start.
Its been awhile since I was counting, but every now and then I need to remind myself of exactly what's in the food I'm eating. I plan to meet my goal by Christmas.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
