Finally, got a chance to sit down and record what I've eaten today. I ended up not painting yesterday. There was alot to clean up. The walls were dirty and cobwebs everywhere. Cleaned that all up and I'm going to do some patching and sanding. Hopefully, finish up the prep word today.

Challenges:

30lbs in 3 months - Start of the second week and I'm still logging and tracking. Very happy and satisfied about that >:0)

Running Camp, 0-30 in 9wks - 1st day of Week 2. I did it! 1.5 min job and 2 min walk. There's a definite difference between last week challenge and this week. Going to have to get a gym membership. I don't think I can run in colder weather. If there is month to month I will. If not I'm going to hold out as long as I can.

Getting into a Routine - Day 1 of week 1. I'm going to try to make some of the challenges I'm currently in, routine things. Especially the jogging and journaling.
