ok I stopped tracking what I was eating and I'm gaining weight....so back to tracking it seemed to keep me honest.
Lesson learned don't quit the things that are working. Not to mention that I had to try a football snack called "fried jalapeño cheese hot dogs in won ton wrappers". It's no wonder. I deserve these tight pants. Lol

Yea, I know what you mean. My wife always has to stay on my case to keep track of what I eat and measure everything out. I didn't measure out my breakfast this morning and overeat. I estimated I had about 600 calories for breakfast which is way over what I should have been, but I'm still good for the day because I've made up for it and had really low calorie meals and snacks the rest of the day.
