Had a couple of "cheat meals". One was ok on calories but lots of carbs an msg. The other was ok on carbs but too many calories and sodium. I retained water.
367.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 117.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
