10:55am Slept like a log! Nice cause I've been having a problem falling to sleep. I think I just need to wind down before trying to sleep. Sometimes playing computer games gets me amped up. Definitely will have to shut things down an hour or maybe 2hrs before bed.
Going to paint a bedroom and living room this week. Today I have to get some sand paper to prep the walls. Nail holes everywhere. Bf's ex gf put at least 50 holes in every room. Bf said she hung up everything LOL oh well, nothing that sand paper and wall patch can't cover. Today will be Day 1 of preping before painting.
Challenges:
30lbs in 3 months - I just got done logging everything I plan to eat for the day. So far so good >:0)
Running Camp, 0-30 in 9wks - Waiting for Week 2 challenge and using this time to recover. I will walk today hopefully get up to over 3.5mph for about an hour >:0)
