Been a bit more careful, but not counting calories. Avoiding alcohol seems to make the difference.
217.8 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week

Yes totally agree that avoiding alcohol is a huge lifestyle change in a positive direction! Sleep better, feel better, lose weight and be more active instead of consuming empty calories.
