ugh, lose a half a pound, then I see back the next day. my son says its just water weight and not to fret over it. It's just it feels one step forward and 2 steps back. I want to get into the 170's and it's not letting me, very frustrating to say the least. I thought my exercise would definitely get me there. I will keep plugging away. I hope everyone else is doing good.
