I'd fasted too long. I felt dizzy. So I broke and ate quick carbs, followed by protein and fat. But I'm back on plan today, feeling fine.

Got to keep the electrolytes up on longer fasts. That was my downfall when I tried a 5-day. Fortunately, recovery is fast, and the results are worth it.

How do recommend keeping up electrolytes?

Salt, magnesium and potassium. I fount MIO drops and Powerade SF are good.
