Sometimes the changes are in the way we carry ourselves. When we're happy our chin is up and we radiate joy. Depressed, we slouch.

Great job! Keep it up, you have proven with the 40 lb weight loss that it was not impossible :) (difficult but not impossible as I tell myself)

The community is wonderful in supporting us, isn't it? I'm so thankful for the friends I've made here. When I've wobbled, I had voices both gentle and firm that have steered me back on course. I know we have "Onederland" for crossing into the 100's....maybe we need a "Twoville", for crossing into the 200's. You're knocking on the door of Twoville!

I started at only a slightly lower weight than you note, and for the first 17 lbs down, I also can't much tell. Methinks (haha) that it takes a while for us to literally see...funny, the first thing that was proof for me was that I had to adjust the strap buckle on my birkenstocks! Who knew? If your husband is being able to notice, then girlfriend, you are on the right path. You do what you're doing and know that every 2.6 lbs is BIG stuff!

I just read this and looked at your weight history. You've lost over 15 lbs. in the past two months. That's a great accomplishment. You're progress over the past year is something to be proud of, you've got this!
