I have fallen off the band wagon big time. I miscarried a baby last year and I ended up binge eating junk. well I started a diet called HCG and it is not agreeing with me, so I am going to to do a combo of HCG and Atkins. Weird? yes but i am experimenting with something.I hope the out comes are good.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I hope you find what works for you. I know a few people that have had (short-term) success with HCG, but only when they follow the protocol strictly.

im on day 22 of HCG phase 2 and have lost 15lbs. I am using local compounded HCG and taking daily through injection. My medical doctor uses the calorie modified thats 750 cal, 3 meals. If you are using drops or cream HCG it does not work for the majority. Good luck.
