Back on plan and losing a pound per day. Water weight of course. Easy come, easy go. It is really bizarre that every morning it is exactly one pound though.

Still trying to feel good about this.

I found out this morning that I've been taking an old (smaller) dosage of my antidepressant for the past couple weeks. Which may explain a few things.

I've come to the conclusion that there's no rhyme or reason to the numbers on the scale. LOL! Days when I feel light and look smaller, I often see the numbers bump up, while other days when I feel heavy, it'll be down a couple of pounds. I rely more on the tape measure.
